The Goal
Meatless Meal Prep Co. needed a total digital overhaul. Their Wix website wasn’t cutting it for the fast-paced world of fresh, plant-based subscriptions. The goal? Migrate to Shopify, launch a bold new online presence, and set the foundation for future product rollouts—all without blowing the budget.
They also wanted the flexibility to build out a second venture – Briony’s Vintage Finds – using the same platform. Above all, the mission was to simplify, energise, and empower the brand to grow.
Building the concept
We migrated the site to Shopify and built it using Dawn to keep costs lean while offering enough flexibility to deliver on Briony’s unapologetic, colour-forward branding.
Highlights include:

A bold, playful design using vivid colours to match the tone of the brand.

Setup of Shopify Mail to handle email marketing in a cost-efficient way.

Launch timing carefully aligned with the finale of Interior Design Masters, which resulted in hundreds of hits within hours.

Strategic input and marketing consultancy to help shape the comms and product offering.

Set up for the rollout of Briony’s Vintage Finds, allowing for a seamless transition into eCommerce sales.
We worked collaboratively from coffee shops (shout out to Amici in Horsham!), ironing out features, refining the strategy, and working hands-on in real time.
And yes—ChatGPT played its part too, though it did make a few things slightly more dramatic than needed!
The Result
A clean, energetic, and future-ready Shopify site that helped Meatless Meal Prep Co. scale up, build momentum, and maintain control over their brand and communications.
They saw a surge in traffic at launch, were able to roll out products quickly and confidently, and received hands-on training and custom how-to guides to use the tools themselves.
